Even though Tommy told Aaron that he plans to close the hospital in the of the previous episode, we all know that show won't last for less than 50 episodes, so we expected some kind of a turning point in this one.

Well obviously the writers did't have a better idea so the whole "We Won't Close the Hospital" scene lasts for like a minute. Maybe that's even good, we had a lot of time to concentrate on the other aspects of the episode.

"Kate'n'Brook Austin" saga almost finally ended, sure, we have to watch her being carjacked, losing his ashes and gettin' it back, so we're up for more "Austin Caused Yawning" in the next one.

There were some nice opportunities to laugh as well. Philip "coming in a bad time" and "Billy having some miserable time in Africa" helped us with that.
