      • Dr. Alberghetti confesses to Watters that she was formally reprimanded when she worked in Boston, for performing a life-saving operation on a the child of an illegal immigrant without the consent of her mother. But that's something he would have known when she was hired since it was part of her professional record.

      • The objection against the fertility procedure was that they were making a dead man a father without his consent. But his wife was already pregnant before he died, so clearly he was okay with that. Also, the injunction was brought by the dead man's parents, even though they didn't have legal standing (as his next of kin) since he was married.
