      • Jeffrey once again goes off the deep end after his patient dies, and takes it out on an unsuspecting school administrator.

      • When Stanley has a heart attack, he hits the call button for help. But since he's in the Cardiac Care Unit, he would have been hooked up to a heart monitor which should have alerted the nurses to his distress.

      • Dr. Geiger asks Alberghetti how many heart transplants she's performed. She tells him it's 14. Then he turns around and lies to his patient and tells him that she's done 50.

      • The paramedics say the accident victim is 31 years old, but when his heart is harvested for transplant, the doctors say he was 27.
