Sindy has a new study project. She creates Bio-Rhythm charts for all the CHP officers. Robbie Davis (known from episode 24 "The Volunteers") is in trouble again. Someone is attacking her trucks and endangering the drivers' lives. Jon (and especially Ponch) try to help.
