In the scene where the van hits the fire hydrant, there was not enough water pressure to wet the actors, so they had to use a fire hose to wet them in one of the cuts. In the scene where the bad guys are breaking up the Angels' office, a freeze frame was used because the first time the actor threw the chair at the window, the window didn't break. In the scene where the robot is first discovered, we created the illusion that the robot could move on dirt by placing it on plywood. When the robot was supposed to be moved back into the van, the camera closed in on the back of the robot and then cut away, because in actuality it wouldn't fit in the van.
