    • TRIVIA (2)

      • During the final accident sequence of this episode, the truck that Cal drives look very much like a UPS truck, except it's unmarked. Even the uniform that Cal wears looks like that of a UPS driver.

      • From CHiPs Online:
You can spot the tow truck from "Tow Truck Lady" with "Danny's Towing Service" written on the door during the opening credits and after Tom gets in an accident with the Glinco truck.

After the truck loses its wheel, it rolls over and we see all its wheels in place.

    • QUOTES (1)

      • (Tom Catlin has just had an accident, flipping his truck)
Tom: Did you see that? Did you see what just happened there?
Ponch: It's okay, let's just get you over here so we can help you out, alright?
Tom: Losing that wheel was no accident!
Ponch: What do you mean by that?
Tom: [Theme starting] What I mean is, somebody tried to kill me!

    • NOTES (2)

      • Kathleen Freeman (Outraged Lady) was a well known character actress in film, television and the theatre. A favorite role for many fans was "The Penguin" in The Blues Brothers.

      • Paul Gale (Tom Catlin) also played the wheelchair-bound "Artie" in the 3rd season episode "Wheeling".
