I'm deeply troubled by the timing of this premiere, about two weeks before the election. If David Alan Grier's terrible impression of Sen. Obama and general unfunniness loses him a single vote, he ought to have farm-fresh produce flung at him from every direction.

This feels like a news version of Chappelle Show... unfortunately I have a feeing this won't be Chappelle Show. I'll watch one episode with one eye closed, then if it's funny maybe I'll watch a second, but I have low hopes for this. (I hope I'm wrong).

i mean what else is there to watch on a wed. night that is actually funny....

I've watched both episodes now. Even though the pilot was a lot funnier, I still laughed. It'll probably get a full season and then get cancelled. I hope it gets more than that but Comedy Central has a bad habit of cancelling shows I like.
