    It was either this episode or the Pigging Out one in which contestants had to use a pig's snout in the appetizer round. OMG, what a gelatinous hunk of a nightmare. I almost couldn't watch as the chefs prepared that snout. I think that was the most disgusting thing to date that made it into the baskets. How did the judges make themselves take a bite of it? I'd like to see a Judges' Confessional episode about the worst dishes they've had to taste or the one ingredient they really didn't want to taste.moreless
