The judges felt that she cut her fish too small and that failing to de-bone the fish was a big error.

The judges were offended that he served them pork that was dropped on the floor.

Chef Danny - Wheatgrass Pain Perdu with Roasted Squash Cream
Chef Danny Lachs was chopped after the Dessert round.
The judges found the fish in his Appetizer to be under seasoned; his Entrée was burnt; and his Dessert was more like a toast than a pain perdu.
Chef Flannery Klette-Kolton won the $10,000 prize.
