Ulli Stachl is a food stylist from Austria.
Steven Brand owns UpStairs on the Square in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
Jamie Bissonnette is the chef and co-owner of Toro and Coppa in Boston, Massachusetts.

Chef Ulli Stachl was chopped after the Appetizer round.
The judges did not find that her dish contained a lot of flavor.

Chef Jamie - Vietnamese Rump Steak with Sautéed Asparagus
Chef Joel - Beef Fennel Milanese with Grilled Asparagus
Chef Joel Javier was chopped after the Entrée round.
The judges found his meat under seasoned, overcooked and sliced in a poor manner.

Chef Steven - Fig & Robiola Napoleon with Pistachio Oil
Chef Steven Brand was chopped after the Dessert round.
The judges noted that the meat in his Entrée was undercooked and that he placed items on one of his dishes after the time had passed. 
Chef Jamie Bissonnette won the $10,000 prize.
