The judges thought that the frico she made was burnt and that she did not use enough components.

The judges cited raw fish and inedible fat on his dish.

The judges noted overwhelming frico in her Appetizer; bony bass in her Entrée; and unrefined cookies in her Dessert.
Chef Lester Walker won the $10,000 prize.
