Terry Accaira is the head cook and nutritionist at Avery/Parsons Elementary School in Buena Vista, Colorado.
Cindy Tinnel is a cook at Henry C. Maxwell Elementary School in Nashville, Tennessee.
Shannon Solomon is the cook manager of William C. Hinkley High School in Aurora, Colorado.

The judges noted the flavors that resulted from her combination of the mystery ingredients.

The judges did not think the flavors were developed enough.

Chef Cindy - Berry Stuffed Crêpe with Chocolate Corn Flakes
Chef Lynette Thomas was chopped after the Dessert round.
The judges cited the under-treated broccoli and yogurt in her Appetizer; the undercooked sweet potato in her Entrée; and that her Dessert did not really come together.
Chef Cindy Tinnel won the $10,000 prize. 
The other competitors were each awarded $5,000 on behalf of the Food Network; the White House extended invitations to all four competitors to come for a visit.
