Tommy Duncan is a caterer and competitive BBQ champion with Whiskey Ranch BBQ in Gilber,t Arizona
Jennifer Duncan is a caterer and competitive BBQ champion with Whiskey Ranch BBQ in Gilbert, Arizona.
Galen Zamarra is the chef and restaurateur of Mas Farmhouse in New York, New York.

Chef Galen - Grilled Yak & Kale Salad with Cookie Mayonnaise
Chef Tommy - Grilled Yak with Peanut Butter Kale Pesto
Chef Jennifer - Grilled Yak Steak with Pig Candy Kale Salad
Chef Ray - Cookie Crusted Yak with Mesquite Flavored Salsa
Chef Jennifer Duncan was chopped after the Appetizer round.
The judges explained that her steak was overcooked and that her use of cookies and bacon was unsuccessful.

Chef Tommy - Halibut with Apple Sauerkraut & Fries
Chef Galen - Halibut Medallions with Smoked Potatoes & Hash
Chef Ray - Halibut with Chorizo Sweet Potato Hash
Chef Tommy Duncan was chopped after the Entrée round. 
The judges found his portion too small and that his french fries were not crispy.
Dessert Baskets:

Chocolate Graham Cracker Pies
Chef Ray - Dessert Quesadilla with Peach & Olive Compote
Chef Galen - Peach Tart with Candied Olives & Orange Caramel
Chef Galen Zamarra was chopped after the Dessert round. 
The judges commented that they wished his dishes brought big, bold flavors. 
Chef Ray "Dr. BBQ" Lampe won this round and advanced to the Grill Masters Tournament finale.
