Tagan Couch is the chef and owner of The Gypsy Kit food truck in Austin, Texas.
Chris Trapani is the chef and owner of the Urban Cowboy food truck in Austin, Texas.
Michael Israel is the chef and owner of the MOE Deli food truck in Los Angeles, California.

The judges noted that she left one of the mystery ingredients off some of the plates.

Chef Chris Trapani was chopped after the Entrée round.
The judges thought the risotto was too sweet and that the halibut was undercooked.

Chef Hop Phan was chopped after the Dessert round.
The judges noted that he burned the ginger snaps in his Appetizer; the rice was undercooked in his Entrée; and the white chocolate seized up in his Dessert.
Chef Michael Israel won the $10,000 prize.
