Roy Handler is a caterer with Haute Mess Catering in Los Angeles, California.
Lara Paul is the executive chef at Rivals Steakhouse in Austin, Texas.
Joseph Miller is the chef and restaurateur of Joe's Restaurant in Venice Beach, California.

The judges felt that his judge was inconsistent.

Chef Joseph - Leek Risotto with Grilled Calamari, Ratatouille and Lobster Bisque
Chef Mogan - Japanese- Grilled Squid with Grilled Daikon
Chef Lara Paul was chopped after the Entrée round.
The judges noted that pantry ingredients eclipsed the mystery basket ingredients.

Chef Mogan Anthony was chopped after the Dessert round.
The judges cited that the mache was mistreated in his Appetizer and that the squid was not cleaned in his Entrée.
Chef Joseph Miller won the $10,000 prize.
