Sean Mell is an omakase chef at Nobu in New York, New York.
Christian Petroni is the chef and restaurateur of Barcelona in Greenwich, Connecticut.

Chef Sean Mell was chopped after the Appetizer round. 
The judges explained that their decision was based on some technical flaws he made.

Chef Berthsy Ayide was chopped after the Entrée round.
The judges noted that the squab was not prepared correctly.

Chef Jeremy Hanlon was chopped after the Dessert round.
The judges thought that his overall meal showed some execution errors.
Chef Christian Petroni won the $10,000 prize.
