Eric Levine is the executive chef with Encore Catering in East Hanover, New Jersey.

The judges felt that she did not present very well and that the mussels were not cleaned properly.

Chef Lisa Beels was chopped after the Entrée round.
The judges cited many technical flaws, such as undercooked potatoes and leaving the stems on the squash blossoms.

The judges pegged him as the winner until he disappointed them in the final round.
Chef Eric Levine won the $10,000 prize.
