Rosalind Balducci is a personal chef and caterer in Buffalo, New York.
Adam Powers is the chef and owner of Fetch Bar & Grill in Manhattan, New York.
Shawn Dickensheets is a student at the Culinary Institute of America.

Chef Rosalind Balducci was chopped after the Appetizer round.
The judges found a lot of missteps on her dish and that all they were left to judge was one ingredient.

Chef Adam - Caramelized Duck with Duck & Adzuki Bean Ragù
Chef Shawn - Seared Duck Breast with Adzuki Bean Cake
Chef Wayne - Duck with Green Tea Emulsion & Adzuki Purée
Chef Shawn Dickensheets was chopped after the Entrée round.
The judges found a lack of seasoning on the duck and that his adzuki bean cake was dry.

Soba Noodles
Chef Wayne - Soba Noodle Pudding with Sweet & Sour Cream
Chef Adam - Cheese Faux Ice Cream with Soba Brittle
Chef Adam Powers was chopped after the Dessert round.
Though the judges found him creative, they noted the raw dough in his Appetizer and the improperly prepared soba noodles in his Dessert.
Chef Wayne Lyons won the $10,000 prize.
