Ted Allen challenges Heather Priest, Wei Wen, Matthew Marchese and Mark Barrett to create a three-course meal by using corn nuts, fruit cocktail, black garlic and uni for the Appetizer round; watermelon, dried shrimp, dried porcini and Hawaiian snapper for the Entrée round; and challah, almond butter, tamarind pods, delicata squash for the Dessert round. Judges are Marc Murphy, Amanda Freitag and Aarón Sánchez.
