Sung Kim is a private chef in New York, New York.
Vincent Contreras is a chef de cuisine in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Sheridan Su is the chef and restarateur of Great Bao Café in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Chef Gianfranco - Pan-Seared Jumbo Shrimp Spinach Salad
Chef Sung - Citrus Flavored Grilled Shrimp

Chef Sheridan Su was chopped after the Appetizer round.
The judges felt that he undercooked the shrimp and that the sauce he made was too sweet.

Chef Sung - Fried Spiced Quail with Taro Root Purée
Chef Vincent - Pan-Roasted Quail and Slipper Shells in Broth
Chef Gianfranco - Sautéed Quail with Madeira Wine Reduction
Chef Sung Kim was chopped after the Entrée round.
The judges explained that they couldn't overlook her execution of the taro root and that she left the slipper shells off of her plates.

Farmer's Cheese
Orange Sherbet
Chef Vincent - Refrozen Pancake with Caramelized Cheese
Chef Gianfranco - Pancake Napoleon with Farmer's Cheese
Chef Vincent Contreras was chopped after the Dessert round.
The judges noted that the salad in his Appetizer was wilted; the plate choice in his Entrée; and the pancake batter in his Dessert.
Chef Gianfranco Franzese won the $10,000 prize.
