In a special Chopped Redemption episode, Ted Allen challenges previously defeated Lance Nitahara (Episode 4.12: "Crunch Time"), Yoanne Magris (Episode 5.3: "Squashed"), Siggy Sollitto (Episode 4.1: "Rattle & Roll") and Chris Coombs (Episode 4.1: "Rattle & Roll") to create a three-course meal by using pancake mix, guava nectar, Aleppo peppers and Asian style beef jerky for the Appetizer round; fresh wasabi root, crab apples, collard greens and lamb hearts for the Entrée round; and duck eggs, Russet potatoes, farmer's cheese and honey herb cough drops for the Dessert round. Judges are Geoffrey Zakarian, Amanda Freitag and Marc Murphy.
