Mustapha Rahiim is an executive chef in New York, New York.
Sonya Coté is the executive chef and owner of Hillside Farmacy in Austin, Texas.
David Garrido is the chef and owner of Garrido's in Austin, Texas.

Chef David Garrido was chopped after the Appetizer round.
The judges penalized his choice to use the mushrooms as the focus of his dish, as well as his use of the rice wrappers.

Chef Mustapha - Asian Sauté Tempeh with Wheatgrass Salad & Glazed Beets
Chef Sonya - Curried Tempeh with Beet Purée and Wheatgrass Sauce
Chef Rich - Steak Spice Tempeh with Salsa Verde and Marinated Beets
Chef Sonya Coté was chopped after the Entrée round.
The judges thought the tempeh was bitter and that her purée and sauce did not go well together.

Chef Rich - Edamame Green Tea Turnover with Cranberry Sauce
Chef Mustapha - Candied Yams with Merlot Cranberry Sauce and Honey Edamame 
Chef Mustapha Rahiim was chopped after the Dessert round.
The judges did not find his Dessert to be much like a dessert.
Chef Rich Landau won the $10,000 prize.
