Vinson Petrillo is the executive sous chef at Caviar Russe in New York, New York.
Jill Nicolson is the caterer and entrepreneur of Cuisine with Jill Nicolson in Torrington, Connecticut.
Nicholas Porcelli is the executive chef at Shhh in New York, New York.

Chef Kate - Rice Cake-Encrusted Sardine with Salad
Chef Vinson - Mediterranean Sardine with Toasted Rice Cake 
Chef Jill - Cornmeal Sardine with Sweet 'N Sour Sauce
Chef Nicholas - Sardine Salad with Mandarinquat Vinaigrette
Chef Jill Nicolson was chopped after the Appetizer round.
The judges noted that the rice cakes were not plated.

The judges thought he played it too safe and could not taste two of the mystery ingredients.

Chef Vinson - Chamomile Kefir Pudding with Vanilla French Toast
Chef Kate Squibb was chopped after the Dessert round.
The judges explained that they enjoyed having her in the competition, but her competitor's dishes were close to perfect.
Chef Vinson Petrillo won the $10,000 prize.
