For some reason, Tenma didn't have his jacket when he was on the Warp Monarch ship, but was earing it when he transformed in the previous episode and on his return to Earth here.
Horiguchi says that Tenma's GranVehicle crashed, but there appeared to be nothing left after it exploded in mid-air.
Mika asks Tenma how he plans to get to the Warp Monarch fleet in space. The answer should be obvious; both Garuda and Cloud Dragon have been shown operating in space.
It would be impossible for the JSDF missile satellites to move in the way they are shown here.
Throughout the episode, the Warp Monarch fleet was shown approaching Earth, but the final shot of the episode had them back in near Moon orbit.
At no point during Cloud Dragon's involvement in the battle with Troyus were GunCaesar and Leviathan visible on it's back, even though they should have been there as they had not been summoned to fight by their Tribes.
As Tenma attacks Brighton in the interrogation room, his first punch clearly misses, but Brighton goes down anyway.
No one seems to consider that the removal of Ran from the GranSazer team, for whatever reason, would seriously damage their ability to fight any invasion. Without her, the Earth Tribe would be unable to summon GunCaesar and therefore DaiSazer, the GranSazer's most powerful asset, would not be usable.
Guntras was not used in the battle against Garuda, and was therefore not damaged and in need of repairs, but Tenma decided to risk attacking the giant Bosquito himself instead of using it.
Although the GranSazers are meant to be secret, Jin was apparently about to tell two police officers about them before Bosquito revived.
Naoto, Jin and Makoto just stood and watched Bosquito kill the two policemen.
Tenma can apparently hear Horiguchi talking to him even though he is riding his bike with a helmet on and is not using either his mobile phone or Knuckle Riser.
When Bosquito kills the group of the hikers, neither it or them made any noise as they usually do.
Ryoko tells Akira that the tornado attack Bosquito used on them belongs to SazerRemls. However, he of all people should know this; he is SazerRemls.
Tenma doesn't seem to find it odd that Luka, an innocent human civilian as far as he knew, knows of the term "GranSazer" without having been told. Not even her reference to "you humans" makes a difference.
As the three Flame Tribe members summoned Garuda from their GranVehicles, Tenma's GranVehicle showed none of the damage and black smoke that had been done to it minutes earlier by DaiLogian.
Somehow, Horiguchi and Akira 'figured out' that Logia would be after the crystal slab. However, as he has shown no interest in it before and was only after it this time due to Belzeus, whom the GranSazer didn't know about at the time, how they came to this conclusion is unknown.
Omega says that he was buried on Earth in present day Croatia so that when GranSazers appeared he would be there. However, the time of his excavation seemed to be purely coincidental; the GranSazers had nothing to do with it and aren't even active in Croatia. He could easily have been found hundred of years earlier, years later, or even destroyed without ever being activated.
Shinji and Freedo were laid much closer together and almost touching when they landed on the road, but as Freedo entered Shinji's body, they had moved apart by several feet.
Strangely, for an incident involving criminals being pursued by the police, police officer Go is no where to be seen.
