Chuck

At Stanford, Professor Fleming lectures on subliminal encoding. A man is watching him in the hall, so he grabs his briefcase and runs into his office, Fleming makes a call saying that he has made a mistake in copying Intel and that someone is after it. Morgan does not like the strict new rules that Harry has set out. Chuck is told that his old professor has gone missing and he might have come to L.A, needing Chuck's help bring him in.



Devin and his mates are preparing a caravan with Ellie to see the Football game at Stanford; they even got Chuck a ticket. Chuck pulls out an old picture with him and Bryce; he has a flashback of him getting kick-out of Stanford. Chuck flashes on his old ID and wonders why he is on the Intersect, Neither Casey or Sarah knows. They suggest that Chuck ask Fleming. Casey and Sarah are looking for Fleming along with Chuck; he sees him but Fleming runs until he realizes Chuck is with the Company.



Chuck asks Fleming why he had a file on him at Stanford. Fleming falls to the ground as he is hit by an arrow, He hands Chuck a list of numbers for Bryce as another arrow pins the list to the ground, and Magnus retrieves it. Chuck has a flashback playing spy game with Bryce until he realizes that the numbers on Fleming's note are Dewey Decimal numbers belonging to a book in the Stanford library, now he has to go back to school. Chuck along with Sarah and Casey are at Stanford they make their way to the library, Casey's reactivated his ID so they can enter the library.



Meanwhile, Morgan hatches a plan to steal the master remote out of Harry's locker, and Anna volunteers to be the distraction. Chuck finds the hidden disk; Magnus soon appears with a crossbow and some goons to do battle. Chuck gets himself on a Computer and sees his name on the disk, Sarah tells him not to open it as Magnus and his goons emerge. Chuck takes the disk and runs. Morgan wants to know the code for getting the remote so he gives Chuck a call to get it.



Chuck starts calling students listed on the disk, telling the secret code. The Students appear to defeat Magnus and his goons. Back at Home Sarah comes for the disk but Chuck needs to know what's in his file. He finds a video of Bryce and Fleming. After seeing the Video Chuck realizes that Bryce framed him to save him, and couldn't tell because he was already in the CIA. Sarah tells Chuck to destroy the disk. Chuck has another flashback to freshman year in which he meets Bryce who Introduces Jill to him.
