Out of character: Before Sarah and Shaw go to the museum, he wants to make sure that they are in agreement of what their cover story is. From the way Sarah reacts, it is as if she has never before been asked to decide a cover story. It was probably written that way to show her discomfort with Shaw, but I find it unsuccessful at doing so, and instead it makes Sarah look like a rookie.
