Although credited as a guest, Bronson Pinchot has no spoken lines in this episode.
As Morgan and Casey are watching Jeff and Lester, Morgan says that the Buy More has been his home for 8 years. When Beckman gives him his manager's badge, it says "Team Member Since 2003". Chuck: Are you saying then that Sarah not unpacking is our Achilles' heel?
An Achilles' heel is a deadly weakness in spite of overall strength, that can actually or potentially lead to downfall. While the mythological origin refers to a physical vulnerability, metaphorical references to other attributes or qualities that can lead to downfall are common.
"Flaunt It" by TV Rock (Chuck and Sarah at the fashion show party)
"I Like That" by Richard Vission & Static Revenger Starring Luciana (Chuck and Sarah break into the backstage area and fight with Sofia and Gerard)

Chuck: (As Sarah is defusing a bomb) Sarah, listen, I cannot die without you knowing that I accept you for who you are. Your weird unpacking habits, it doesn't matter to me. Nothing matters. I still love you.
Sarah: You still love me?
Chuck: Sorry, what? What? Did I? Those weren't the best last words, were they?
General Beckman: One of our agents was killed in Milan last night while he was tracking this woman: Sofia Stepanova. (Beckman flashes photos of a scantilly clad Stepanova)
Chuck: Heyo. Who do we have taking our surveillance pics? Because those are tremendous! Can you see the way...
(Sarah gives him a look)
Chuck: What? No, no, no, no, I'm just saying, clearly...is she in a bathing suit? I didn't even notice that the first time.
General Beckman: We can all acknowledge that Ms. Stepanova is quite...fetching.
Devon: Are you alright babe? I know you haven't been sleeping well. Is the baby resting on your spleen?
Ellie: Okay, Devon, seriously you have to relax. The baby is like the size of a walnut.
Devon: Hey, hey, watch your tone. Eardrums develop in week 12. Our little walnut can hear everything you say.
Sarah: Look, I know that it's probably taken me longer than a normal girl, but you should know that you're my home, Chuck. You always have been.
(Naked Sofia stands behind Chuck with a gun to his head and Sarah points her gun at them)
Sarah: Is she naked?
(Sarah looks at Chuck and Sofia)
Chuck: (Chuck nods) Yes, yes, she is.
General Beckman: Casey, you will be unable to go on this mission because of the Yves St. Laurent incident.
Casey: You stab one person with a stiletto...
(Casey hits Jeff with a tranquilizer)
Jeff: I think my water just broke.
Lester: Jeffrey got himself a new pet rock. He named it Bruce. I asked him "why Bruce?" and he said "because when I drop it, it doesn't bruise."
Lester: Do you ever miss Ace of Base?
Chuck: Don't listen to Morgan. The guy eats cereal with a fork.
Chuck: Strapless Versace, Agent Walker? Very daring.
Sarah: How much "Project Runway" have you been watching?
Lester: What are you talking about? Cars have been following us for months.
Casey: How do you know you weren't just driving behind you?

This idea for this episode came from Yvonne Strahovski. In an interview on April 8, 2010 with the Chicago Tribune's Maureen Ryan, Yvonne Strahovski was asked if she had an idea for an episode. She replied that she pitched an idea for an episode where they go to Fashion Week in Milan mix with the catwalk, wigs, and models.
Although credited, Mark Christopher Lawrence (Michael "Big Mike" Tucker) does not appear in this episode.
Sarah is standing on a balcony while Chuck is still hanging upside down on the rope and Chuck asks: "Hey, Spider-Man kiss?", which is an allusion to the kiss scene from the 2002 movie Spider-Man.
When Lester and Jeff are found by Casey and Morgan, Lester says: "Jeffrey, we have been made. Get the suicide pills. We are going down like Thelma and Louise." This is a reference to the 1991 movie Thelma & Louise. Later, Lester tries to pull a Jedi mind trick on Morgan by saying: "We are not the boys you're looking for.", which is a reference to the 1977 movie Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope.
