Chuck: Anyone know the name of this piece of recurring music?

The most prominent place I know it occurs is during Chuck's confession/question to Sarah about whether she loves him in Season 3 Episode 13 "Chuck vs. The Other Guy". It pretty much plays any time there's a significant development in the Chuck/Sarah relationship. Does it even have a name and does anyone have a link to it?

Another example of the theme: Ending of Season 1 Episode 4 "Chuck vs the Wookiee" where Chuck tries to ask Sarah about who she actually is.

Its not actually any of those.

I guess it would be best described as "Chuck & Sarah's theme" by composer Tim Jones, he does all the composed tracks on chuck.

My Favourite of his chuck tracks is "The Dark Side" which was basically the Ring's theme which still seaps into a couple of scenes in season 4.

And when Chuck tells Sarah that he saw her shoot the Fullcrum agent on Christmas Eve. This might just turn into a reference topic for the music.
