If you look closely, when the students were giving fliers, A man in a trench coat came, and left, the man that was in the trench coat was Sunny Bridges.
Credits: Rough sketches of scenes in the episode being compared to finished scenes of the episode.
The songs for this episode were "Throwdown" and "Life Without Music."
Aparently, Eddie is in love with for Tamika. An example would be that Eddie posted her name on a football field.
Kim and Kam were born in Columbus, Ohio.
When Li'l D regains his consciousness in Albert's Pawn Shop, Albert's skin is dark in one shot and light in the next.
Kam: It's a paradox, like saying this sentence is a lie, or making a schedule with "free time."
Lil'D: (after Tamika left) Okay Eddie, how 'bout you?
Eddie: I don't know, I, oh, I think i here Tamika's mom calling!
Eddie: (talking to himself on the phone in a different voice) Eddie, time for dinner! (back to his regular voice) Well sorry, that's the impression I do.
Philly Phil: (reciting a poem) I'll never pass that poetry class; I can't make a rhyme to save my...butt.
Tamika: Are you sure it was Sunny?
Li'l D: Unless it was a bear in that Jaguar.
(bear drives in a purple car like Sunny's)
Li'l D: That...was a lamborgini.
Madison:He got intrested to rock music?
Pricipal Luna:well you can say that.
Group of Workers: "I've been workin' on the railroad."
Principal Luna: I am pleased to announce that we have a new music teacher.
Eddie: What's his name?
Principal Luna: Yes, Eddie, I believe they are serving tofu corndogs in the cafeteria today.
Philly Phil: (assisted by jury-rigged megaphone with four boom mikes) WHAT'S HIS NAME?!?
Principal Luna: I felt better after the mimes shook their pom-poms.
Eddie: Uh, sir, those mimes were the Westley School cheerleaders.
Principal Luna: Yes, I think it will rain today.
Madison: This proves it! He likes cats!
(opens door)
(real Lion Roars)
Madison: Big cats!
Li'l D: Lets crank this thang up!
Tamika: One, I don't know what a haberdashery is, and two, I don't wanna know.
Preacher: Welcome back, Sonny! How've you been?
Sunny: Fine. I just got back into town.
Preacher: You been in prison?
Sunny: No.
Preacher: The army?
Sunny: No.
Preacher: Ah, then you made it into the NBA!
Sunny: No, sir.
Preacher: Well, what else is there?
Sunny: (to Li'l D) Look, just because you in my face, doesn't mean I'm gonna let you in my head....or in my jag!
(after Li'l D Faints)
Sunny: What did he say?
Albert: I think he said, let's crank this thing up!
Principal Luna: Class, I have great news!
Eddie: You got your hearing back?
Principal Luna: Yes, Eddie I think is going to rain today.
Tommy Lynch, one of the creators of Class of 3000, never had to produce a pilot for the show. Instead, it went straight to being a series.
This is the first show on Cartoon Network to have a "live premiere".
Class of 3000 originally started out as a production for Adult Swim, a programming block on Cartoon Network.
This episode is an hour long.
Jade Chan: Kim Chin looks like Jade Chan from Jackie Chan Adventures.
The sound Philly Phil's global positioning tracker makes when Principal Luna appeared is similar to the sound the Omnitrix from the animated series Ben 10 makes.
Woman: I will buy everyone a car... ton of milk.
This is an obvious reference to Oprah Winfrey, who, in one of her shows, gave all the audience a brand new car.
Plastic Bricko Land is a spoof of Lego Land.
A hobbit appears in this episode. This is a reference to the book, The Hobbit.
Quick Draw McGraw (El Kabong) is shown in this episode. Quick Draw McGraw was a cartoon made by Hanna-Barbera in 1959, which involved a horse named Quick Draw and his sidekick Babba Looey.
Tamika is known for her hostility. Coincidentally in real life, there was an auditioner during the first season of American Idol who correlates this character not just by name, but even shares the same personality.
