Stacey: Oh... my... God. This is so great.
Eric: You will never know there was media in the room. I think it's effective.
Peter: You know, guys, a bedroom is supposed to be a bedroom, but sometimes things go horribly wrong.
John: This is way better than I expected.
Tava: I want you to think back to your old office. It was a fire hazard. Shame on you.
Tava: You guys! Someone took the Sell sign and put it in the wrong space!
Peter: It's a Clean Sweep lovefest.
Peter: Do you want to play a bit of a game with me? John: I don't think so.
Stacey: It's a rain lamp. It's vintage. Peter: (walks off towards edge of screen) There's nothing I can do to help you two. Stacey: Vintage is in.
Peter: We now establishing this as our new Mount Olympus. Stacey: It's awfully small. Peter: That's the plan.
Peter: I know you've had a good sort when Tava has a thin bead of perspiration on her upper lip.
Peter: You two and Tava, the maven of anticlutter right here.
Peter: Guys, look, seriously, it's nuts. Clothes, clothes, sporting gear, books. What are you thinking right now?
Tava: You're a firefighter? This is a fire hazard.
Tava: I think we need to toss this whole room.
Tava: Stacey and John, stay calm and head to the nearest exit. It's time to extinguish this mess.
John: It's almost like you smile, 'cause what can you do?
Both rooms were finished over the show's supposed "budget." The office was a whopping $1,850. The master bedroom came in at $1,315. The combined total of $3,165 is likely the highest ever on the show.
Clean Sweep on the Street: Peter hits the beach and examines a woman's bag. He recommends using smaller bags to store wet clothing and other items.
Stacey and John chose to donate all proceeds from their yard sale in this episode to the Muscular Distrophy Association. Nevertheless, prizes were still chosen to inspire sales. Stacey's was a Raggedy Ann doll from her childhood and John's was a sort of Greek lamp thing that both he and Stacey liked. Stacey raised $422.50 as opposed to John's $252.25 and kept the Raggedy Ann doll. Both also received $107 in their donation boots, meaning that they raised a total of $781.75 for charity.
