In a Clean Sweep first, Peter brought in Kelly and Scotts' three oldest daughters to sort through their toys, while Kelly and Scott spent some time in the Clean Sweep penalty box.

The secret item returns in this episode after a long hiatus. Kelly sold the secret item, a painting, and was handed a certificate. Although it wasn't said what it was for, it can be guessed that it was most likely the usual dinner-for-two.

Clean Sweep on the Street: Peter talks with a man in a hardware store. He talks with him about the importance of setting up a list of what you need to buy before going shopping and not making impulse purchases.

The chosen yard sale prizes in this episode were an African drum for Kelly and a statue that Scott supposedly got on a trip to Israel. Scott sold $139.56 worth of stuff, as opposed to Kelly's $115.40, and got to keep his statue.
