Al: I hated those mirrored doors. This is perfect.
Eric: I think I may be turning into a designer. I'm feeling something crazy.
Eric: Matthew Potter, there comes a time in a man's life when he must build a storage cube.
Peter: I'm really freaking out here and not in a good kind of way.
Peter: Well, there are things here that I have no idea what they are.
Tava: Can we agree on something? That this room has to change. Al: Oh, yes! Absolutely!
Tava: Debates go to the Keep pile. Leah: We will sell that chair.
Tava: Al, you may have been a cop, but I want you to meet the drill sergeant.
Tava: Peter will come and I just want you to be warned now.
Tava: I've never seen anyone run to the Toss pile.
Al: It's the whole theme thing. Zone. Remember zone.
Leah: I think Al has too many clothes. Al: Boy, you just hit a raw nerve.
The chosen yard sale prizes in this episode were a figurine of Al's and a shelf of Leah's. Leah sold $112 worth of stuff as opposed to Al's $68 and kept the shelf.
