Chelsea: Just so you know, Matt, I'll buy another one. Matt: Oh, you're to lose. I promise that. Chelsea: I'll buy another tiara.
Yard Sale Customer: What are we supposed to buy? Matt and Chelsea: Everything. Chelsea: And from me.
Matt: You'd better not win. Tava: I think this means game-on, kids.
Tava: Let's ask a lot of money. Let's do it.
Peter: I love using kitchen stuff in an office because it works really well.
Matt: It will be so nice to sit down here and work. You have no idea.
Chelsea: I always wanted to see my bed right there and he told me it couldn't happen.
Eric: This, my friend, is the incredible eleven foot desk.
Chelsea: I really don't have a good enough reason. Matt: I'm liking this answer.
Peter: I happened to notice a box on the periphery. What's this?
Tava: So that's a good reason to keep it, when you don't have room for it.
The chosen yard sale prizes in this episode were a princess tiara for Chelsea and a collectible racing car for Matt. Matt sold $118.50 worth of stuff as opposed to Chelsea's $74.75 and kept his collectible car. Despite Tava's talking a good game of selling high in this episode, the combined yard sale total was less than $200.
Clean Sweep on the Street: Peter takes a look over a little girl's handbag. She seems to be doing a pretty good job at keeping it organized, but suggests keeping change and receipts in the front pocket. He reminds adults that kids can learn good organizational habits, but someone has to teach them.
Original broadcast was an apparently one-time only Wednesday 10 P.M. airing. There was a repeat on Sunday, October 24 at 1 P.M. for those that missed it.
