Andy: I've got issues with the rest of the house now.
Tava: Somebody talk! Tracy: I'm just speechless.
Andy: I tell you, honestly, the no-hassle way of selling does work.

Eric: Tracy and Andy are gonna have the gift of two desks.
Tracy: They're presents. Tava: That doesn't mean you have to keep them.
Kelli: We're going to make it an office / library. I mean, I really want to give them a library.
Tava: She said "Keep" before she even saw what I was pointing at.
Peter: There is stuff for miles. Tava: There is so much stuff --- oh my gosh!
Tracy: I don't let go of anything. It has some use and I'm gonna use it some day.
New reveal format for the rooms. The feature and budget segment with the designer, Peter and Eric is gone. Instead, the entire time is spent on the reveal with the homeowners.
There was so much stuff that there was no separate Keep pile during the initial sort, instead, Keep items were simply left where they were.
Clean Sweep on the Street: Peter talks once again about baby bags and the idea of using smaller bags within the larger bag.
The chosen yard sale prizes in this episode were a shopping cart cover for Tracy and a painting for Andy. Andy sold $123 worth of stuff, beating out Tracy's $111.50, so he got to keep the painting.
