Karen: I have a sitting area. Unbelievable.
Trevor: I even lost a golf ball in the room.
Yard-Sale Customer: (carrying free tree) I'm like Paul Bunyan.
Trevor: (holding up a $100 bill) Say hello to Mr. Franklin.
Karen: The chair needs to go. Peter: Stop. The court will hear one at a time.
Peter: There are two items here that terrify me.
Tava: I could tell Peter really loves these golf balls. He really wants you to keep them.
Peter: You know, there's nothing quite like Colorado foliage and not to mention the scepter of power.
Tava: Okay, Karen and Trevor, this is your bedroom. I'm a little alarmed.
Tava: Trevor and Karen, Clean Sweep is here and it's a whole new ball game.
The cost for the two rooms was $2235, over the mythical $2000 budget. Beginning with this episode, on-screen displays showed exactly what the money was spent on.
Clean Sweep on the Street: Peter dealers with clutter in a truck. He recommends a pouch for storing items behind the visor and says that it only takes about five minutes to get the stuff that doesn't belong out of your car.
The chosen yard sale prizes in this episode were a external fixation device (metal brace) of Trevor's and a box with heart shapes of Karen's. Trevor sold $382 worth of stuff, as opposed to Karen's paltry $132 and kept his external fixation device.
