Peter: What is it about attic spaces and clutter? Eric: They go hand-in-hand.
Peter: I'm convinced that in Ashton and Quinns' room, there were some very scary things growing.
Eric: The boys are gonna fold their clothes. It's gonna be amazing.
Tava: These are called hangers.
Angelo: It's like the room of doom, but it won't be for long.
Tava: Tina is straight trippin' over these hip-hop brothers.
Peter: We're going to spend the rest of the day going through this item by smelly item.
Tava: Will the Clean Sweep penalty box teach these two some manners?
Peter: This is the largest Toss pile we've had on the show in months.
Peter: #1, it's not weak to show your emotions. That's not weakness.
Tava: (rapping) All right Quinn and Ashton / The sale's been a bash / Now it's time to count all of your cash.
Tava: I don't think I've ever seen a yard sale competition this close.
Tava: Yo Ashton and Quinn, yo' mother turned you in.
Peter: Tina, what do you think when you see all this? Tina: I can't believe. It's a disaster.
Tava: I'm calling the team right now! You guys, we gotta change this.
The chosen yard sale prizes in this episode were a stuffed monkey for Ashton and a CD changer for Quinn. In what may be the closest shave ever, Quinn sold $96 worth of stuff as opposed to Ashton's $95.25 and kept his CD changer.
Clean Sweep on the Street: Peter gives a woman a tip for taking control of her bathroom.
The amount spent on the bedroom, $1,685, was one of the greatest ever spent on any single room in the show's history.
The initial sort in this episode was 20 minutes because of rain. However, it could not be completed in that time-frame, so Peter came out to help during an additional five minutes.
Eric: I'll just be crouched over here if you need me. Angelo: Crouching Eric, hidden carpet. This is a reference to the 2000 film Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon.
