Peter: (to Nickie) If it's all about the clothes for you, we might as well stop right now.
Tava: They're very attached to clothing. Dan: No, "they're" not. She is.
Tava: (bumper voiceover) Up next, Peter airs Nickie's dirty laundry. Will she come clean?
Eric: Why do we have to have these things? They don't work! They don't hold stuff!
Tava: Guys, this is insane. This is insane.
Dan: I would rather have nothing in there than all this junk.
Peter: Bright color in a garage? You're crazy. Molly: Oh, I'm crazy.
Molly: (regarding Peter and Eric) It's like children. Please.
Dan: I actually have clothes in this bedroom and they're not in a basket.
Nickie: It's like a brand-new pair of shoes. Like I just bought 'em. Peter: It's not like a brand-new pair of shoes. It is a brand-new pair of shoes.
Peter: Every man needs a bag of nylons, NIckie.
Molly: You are an angry, angry man. You should look into that. Eric: Thank you very much.
Tava: Excuse me, everybody! Somebody has lost their car keys! Dan: I sold them.
Dan: I've never had a workbench in my garage, ever.
Peter: I still think that two exercise machines in the bedroom is not such a bad idea. Molly: Oh, come on.
The chosen yard sale prizes in this episode were a pair of "just-like-new" shoes for Nickie and a University jacket for Dan. Dan sold $271 worth of stuff, as opposed to Nickie's $190 and kept his jacket.
Clean Sweep on the Street: Peter offers a closet storage solution - a hanging apparatus with adjustable sections that will add 1/3 more space on average to a closet.
Nickie was shown parking the family car in the garage during the closing credits.
