Tava: Everybody else had their stuff in Tyler's room.
Peter: Tyler, I don't care what anybody says, did not have a room.
Team-Member: Lose a shelf, get more space. I'm on to that. Peter: I'm loving you for that.
Peter: This might sound kind of dumb, but this is not your family, okay?
Peter: Where do you think it comes from? The fear of losing a memory?
Eric: I just figured out the reading thing a couple of weeks ago. So give me a minute.
Tava: Coming up, will Andrea be able to let go of her almost 1,500 videotapes?
Andrea: That's my cheerleading stool. Peter: What's it say? Andrea: It said Andrea '84.
Tava: Peter, thank you for helping out. Where were you the first thirty minutes? --- That's all I want to know.
Molly: It's a baby aqua. It's a soft aqua. The room is going to be cool and soft and creative.
Donna: I can't believe that this came out of my house. I can't believe we held on to so much stuff.
Peter: Tyler, how do you feel about having a bedroom with no door on it?
Tava: None of these feelings are good. These are not good feelings. I'm calling in the team.
Tava: There are videotapes, I mean, coming out of boxes.
Tava: Brace yourself, ladies. Clean Sweep is moving in and your mess is moving out.
This episode breaks from the normal format by having three people living in the house who are dealing with the clutter instead of two.
Clean Sweep on the Street: Peter talks with a girl entering second grade about getting organized with cool-looking folders.
The chosen yard sale prizes in this episode were Andrea's cheerleading ladder and Donna's stained-glass window. Tyler was given a break and did not have to take part in the yard sale. Donna sold $172.75 worth stuff, crushing Andrea's $48.75 and got to keep her stained-glass window.
