Bonnie: (regarding craft / guest room) Oh my gosh, this room is shocking.
Jim: I was here first. Quit trying to snake my customers.
Bonnie: Some things belong in your house, right? Peter: I completely agree.
Bonnie: (to Peter) How did you ever get a job sorting through women's crap? Ohhh, these are cute.
Jim: See, it's easy. Just keep all of my stuff and get rid of all of your stuff.
Tava: It's not okay for your dining room to be a storage space.
Tava: (sitting on roof) Now if I can just get down from here. Help? Anybody?
Clean Sweep On the Street: Peter stops a guy on the street to go through a bag of clothes. He talks with him about spontaneous purchases and suggests setting up a color-coordination system for his closet at home.
The secret item in this episode was a Miami Vice jacket of Jim's that Tava was modeling. Bonnie sold the jacket and won a certificate for dinner for two.
The chosen yard sale prizes were a Los Angeles Dodgers doll plush doll of Jim's and a couple clocks of Bonnie's. Bonnie sold $185 worth of stuff as opposed to $99.35. In a moving gesture and a Clean Sweep first, Bonnie said that the clocks were going to be gifts anyway and she wanted Jim to keep the Dodger doll because of all he'd done for her. Tava agreed and the clocks were swept off to charity.
Towards the start of yard sale, one of the items seen for sale is a board book of D.W. the Picky Eater from the Arthur series.
