When Hel discovers that the loving father of a little girl is a Betrayer she is forced to choose between murdering the girl's father or letting a Betrayer remain a group of defenseless people in the Underground.
This episode had potential that unfortunately was never quite realized. The conflict raging internally for Hel, killing the girl's father the way her own was when she was a girl or allowing a Betrayer to get away with murder and remain a threat to innocent people should have made for some good drama for the girls. But while they did an adequate job of establishing that conflict, the rest of the episode was disjointed and lacking in the humor this tv show usually brings to bear. If they had made this episode in the second season after they went to a one hour format they might have done better, but they tried to do drama instead of action and humor and 1/2 hour isn't enough time to do that justice.
