Emily Elizabeth and her friends are on the field playing soccer. One of them makes a good play, to which Vaz says "whacka-whacka-doo!" Emily Elizabeth recognizes that, it's a phrase from an old show called The Brody Brood. She wonders where he heard it, as that show hasn't been on in ages. It turns out Vaz got satellite TV and saw the show on the Reruns Galore channel. Jetta asks for more playing and less talking. They go back to the game, but when Vaz is up to make a play, he lets the ball hit on the head. He was staring at his watch and not paying attention. He says he has to leave because it's almost two o'clock. Jerry Bouncer is reuniting long-lost friends on his talk show. (Agent0042's rude note - Vaz's parents let him watch that trash?) Looks like that's the end of the game. The next day, Emily Elizabeth and Charley stop by Vaz's house. He shows them his new satellite dish. It gets over 632 channels. He's also rather tired, he watched twelve shows last night on twelve different channels. Emily Elizabeth and Charley don't really care. They want him to come to the park with him. He says he will, in a while. He wants to watch a show called Building Your Own Geodesic Dome. Later, at the park, everyone's mad because Vaz isn't there and he was supposed to bring the snacks. Then Vaz shows up, with a snack called a "Super-Duper-Noodle-Doodle." He learned how to make it on the Food Fare Channel. It looks awful. Everyone just sort of passes it around, but nobody eats it. Vaz then heads back to his house to watch a three-hour block of The Incredible Polyester Man. He leaves, and Emily Elizabeth gives the sandwich one final look of disgust. The next day, everyone's working on a White House project, well, everyone except Vaz. He gets there and starts talking about a music video that's going to be on in an hour. He convinces everyone to go watch it. The next day, everyone agrees that the music video was really great. It's mentioned that they're repeating it and they figure that maybe that's why Vaz has once again no-showed. He was supposed to bring the white paint for the White House. Clifford heads to Vaz's house, where he's absorbed in TV, this time looking at a channel called the "Channel Channel." Clifford starts barking and playing to get his attention. His noise ends up causing the satellite dish to fall off the roof, interrupting Vaz's picture. Clifford gets it back on the roof just in time, but Vaz goes out to see what's going on. There, he notices the white paint and realizes he was supposed to be helping with the project. He has Clifford give him a ride and apologizes for being so late. Charley says that he's been watching too much TV. Vaz comes to the realization that, well, he has and agrees from now on to only watch his favorite programs. He offers after they're finished to go play flopperball with them in the park. Emily Elizabeth asks if he learned that on the Flopperball Channel. Vaz says that he didn't, he read it in a magazine. Everyone laughs and Clifford barks.

"Cyber Puppy Problems"
It's Jetta's birthday and she's having a party. She unwraps a present and then swipes all of her other presents to the ground. She's just gotten what she wanted most, a "Cybo Pet." She says that it's the most amazing electronic dog ever and decides to name him Cybo. The next day, Jetta's completely attached to her Cybo Pet. She's brought it to school and the dogs are staring it from outside the school window. Clifford, T-Bone and Cleo figure that Mac doesn't have anything to worry about, but Mac thinks otherwise. We see inside that Jetta is using Cybo for show-and-tell. She throws a crayon in the air and tells Cybo to fetch it. He does, using an extending mechanical arm. Then, on Jetta's request, he sharpens it. Mac's discouraged. That day in the park, Mac decides to try and show Jetta once and for all that he's the world's greatest dog. He does tricks, earning him two "Tummy Yummies." But then Jetta's paper on which she was drawing flies away. Cybo races after it, using his mechanical arm to retrieve it from way up high in the air. Then he flattens out the creases for Jetta. Jetta comments that Cybo will do anything she wants for her and she doesn't even have to give him a Tummy Yummy. Mac whimpers. Sometime later on, Jetta is watching her favorite TV program, Sandy and Her Good Dog Sam. She has Cybo with her, but then goes off to the kitchen. On the TV, Sandy instructs Sam to take a nice, long walkk. Cybo thinks that the command his for him and heads outside to take the walk. Mac notices this and starts following him. Clifford, Cleo and T-Bone join in, wondering exactly what it is that Cybo is doing. Mac says that he's following to prove that he can do anything Cybo can. Along the way, they go by a newspaper vendor who yells out to take a free paper. Cybo takes one, and is soon followed by Mac and Cleo. Then T-Bone tries to take one, but he's too small to reach. The newspaper vendor reaches down and gives him one. Then Clifford grabs the entire newsstand. The vendor explains that the paper is free, not the stand. Clifford puts the stand down and the vendor tips his cap to him. They continue following Cybo and eventually reach the pier. It looks like Cybo is headed straight for the water. Meanwhile, Jetta has realized Cybo is missing and asks Emily Elizabeth if she saw him. They eventually find the dogs at the pier and start yelling up out them. Clifford realizes that Jetta's trying to tell Cybo to stop. Mac notes how much Jetta likes Cybo and decides to try and rescue him. He tries to stop him from walking, but ends up letting go and Cybo falls into the water. Jetta races towards Mac and hugs him. She's just glad that Mac is safe. Cybo is just a toy and can be replaced, but there's only one "Mackie-Wackie." Just then, Cybo flies up using a helicopter attachment. Jetta laughs.moreless
When Vaz mentions that he was watching the "Couch Potato Channel," close-captioning reads the "Coach Potato channel."
Jetta: Oh, my sweet Maccy-waccy! I am so proud of you for trying to keep Cybo from going in the water. But Cybo is just a toy. I can always get another toy, but there's only one Mac, and I love you!
Vendor: Oh, wait! The paper is free, not the newsstand!
Mac: Guys, I've made an important decision. It's time I show Jetta that Cybo's not the most amazing dog in the world, I am.
Mac: Did you see that? That dog can do everything. No wonder she's so crazy about him.
Jetta: (excitedly) Come on, Cybo. Come on boy. (normal voice) Come on, Mac.
Jetta: It's a Cybo Pet, the most amazing electronic dog ever invented. Mac: (meekly) Woof.
Clifford: I don't think he can hear me. I'll have to bark louder. Ow! Whoo-ooh-ooh! Emily Elizabeth: Hey, Clifford is singing. Charley: He's good. Jetta: Good and loud.
Clifford: Wow, it seems like Vaz hardly ever comes outside anymore. Hey, maybe if I start playing, he'll come out and join me.
Emily Elizabeth: I can't believe Vaz isn't here yet. He loves doing these kinds of projects. Jetta: He doesn't like doing anything anymore except watching TV.
Vaz: Whacka-whacka-doo! Charley: Whacka-whacka-what?
