(spoilers ahead)Finally an episode focus on the whole team rather than only on teenagers stuff. I´m not saying that was bad but I just wanted something different for a change.
All the players except Conrad plus Lou and Pete(and later on, his best friend) decided to invest some money in an investment (well, that is redundant... :) )that “guarantees” more than a 100% of benefits. Everything starts when one day Pete caught Lou talking to someone very suspiciously and the team asked him what he was doing. They realize he obtained a juissy dividend thanks to a misterious former baseball player and some financial options. Obviously, it sounded strange and more than half of the episode was based on that. The lesson: never involve money with business (or at least what Conrad try to make clear).
On the other side, Betsy became closer to the one that has a criminal record(i dont like this guy at all and i dont remember his name). Besides she got a job.
So it was nice to see that the characters are growing and developing stronger bounds with the people around them. very everwood like episode.(and i like that).
