It's been a big year for newcomers in country music, and it's not just country fans taking notice. Gretchen Wilson is leading the wave of new stars to the top and finding herself infront of cameras for a special Rolling Stone photo shoot. The famed magazine is putting together a calendar for a future issue, and we tagged along as the young star shows off her "redneck" side at the site of her first music video. Life on the road can be fun, but it's not as glamorous as it looks. It's important for artists to take as many comforts from home as possible as they head out on tour to help make a bit more comfortable. Country star Terri Clark gives us an "insider's" view of her tour bus to show what life is like in her "home away from home" as she travels the country performing for thousands of fans every night. With summer almost over, kids are heading back to class across the nation. In celebration of the Back to School season, we thought it would be fun to find out what country stars were like when they were in school. We'll hear first hand from Julie Roberts and others if they were jocks or nerds, cheerleaders or members of the student council. We even find out what they looked like in yearbook pictures. Also on tap for this episode: we'll spotlight the upcoming DVD release of Mel Gibson's The Passion of the Christ; catch up with Australian newcomer Jedd Hughes for a photo shoot and to talk about his new CD Transcontinental; find out what Buck Owens would do differently in his life he had the chance; and get the Hit List from CMT's Lance Smith. L.A. correspondent Lisa Lee will also feature some independent movies that are creating a buzz in Hollywood.moreless
