    Christine is hosting party in NY for network bigwigs while Hayden has a sports banquet for the same night where he has a good chance of winning a prestigious award. Both expect the other to be with them for their big night and conflict arises. For the banquet, Dauber wants to sit with Judy but Hayden expects him at his table. Ironically, it is Dauber who makes Hayden see that he needs to be with Christine. Unfortunately, she goes to Minnesota and is there in time to accept Hayden's award.
