Mainichi Broadcasting System (ended 2008)

Can anyone clear this up for me? (R2 spoilers, Continuity error?)

In episode 2 of R2, we hear radio communications to Lelouch as Rolo is "disappearing" but then we find out later that Rolo creates space where only he can move freely in time. My question is: How is it that the radio communication comes in without a gap when they're yelling to Lelouch while Rolo's disappearing. Does Rolo use his Geass on the whole building? Is that even possible considering it stops his heart? Or was this just overlooked?
Rolo's Geass does not stop time. It stops perception of time. Plus the gap is barely a few seconds long, and the guy could have been out of range.

Plot hole, then. I'd have to rewatch the scene.

I don't think it's really a plot hole... I assume that it just might be a little deceptive sequencing. As was said, Rolo only freezes time for a few seconds at a time, if even that. In combat, that's really all you need. The radio transmissions probably come after the time freeze, even if it doesn't appear that way. The person on the other end of teh radio isn't going to notice that theres an extra second or two of gap before they reply, due to the freeze.
