When Jeremie finally shuts down the supercomputer, the computer sounds an alarm and it sinks into the ground. In previous episodes, shutting down the computer just left it sitting there, idle, without an alarm.

We see that one of the drawers on Ulrich's bed is missing when Jeremie knocks on Odd's door, but when we see him sitting on his bed, the drawer is back in.
At the beginning of the episode, the keyhole for Odd and Ulrich's dorm is on the outside, but when Jeremie knocks, it moves to the inside, only to disappear when Odd opens the door.
In the opening scene with Jeremie and Aelita, the sign in front of Aelita's old house says "Ermitage" instead of "Hermitage."
Jeremie says that the Scyphozoa is implanting something in Aelita, but the window that opens is the same one as when it drains her memory. The number is at 490 when Jeremie is next seen typing, which then flucuates up and down. It returns to 490 when Yumi asks for back-up.
When Odd enters Jeremie's dorm, and when Jeremie leaves, the keyhole is on the inside instead of the outside.
The home row keys including the enter key are much shorter in height than the other keyboard keys when Jeremie says "Virtualization!"
