Even though William's long sleeve undershirt is red, you can see it briefly turn to black when he does a knocking the head gesture while explaining what he remembers of his trip to Lyoko.
As Aelita is being virtualized into Lyoko, her wire frame is bent over and the arms are down, but her avatar is unchanged in other episodes.
The part where a relieved Jeremie falls back in his lab chair is a recycled scene from the first season episode, Log Book.
As William is flying over the Digital Sea and Yumi is giving chase, Aelita wakes up. However, there is a shot after Odd devirtualizes Yumi where you can see that she is out again.
Aelita was clearly knocked out by William when he was preparing to bring her to Lyoko, yet she was standing up in the scanner while the two were being virtualized.
After Jeremie say that he and Aelita have to work on recreating the rest of Lyoko, you'll see that Odd's pink undershirt is missing in the next shot.
Sissi: (to Hervé and Nicolas) Quiet, huh, I can't hear anything. Hervé: Well, if you can't here anything, then we should speak louder, shouldn't we? Sissi: Dork, it's not you I want to listen to.
Yumi: Anyhow, you're just in time for a quiz in math. William: Timing huh? I haven't studied at all. Yumi: So? Since when have you ever studied?
(After William plunges into the digital sea) Ulrich: You think William's gone forever? Jeremie: No. I think he just went back to his new master--X.A.N.A.
(William escapes and Ulrich is now surrounded by creepers) Ulrich: And I thought this was going to be easy.
Odd: I didn't get here too late I hope. Jeremie: Odd, it's about time! What were you doing, huh? Odd: I was taking a disco dancing class. Jeremie: Right, now get to the scanner room. You're going to go on a little trip. Odd: Funky.
Odd: Bonzai! (Shoots a few arrows at William's Manta... then catches Aelita after she's knocked off) Odd: I hate to cut in William, but Aelita has always preferred the company of a real gentleman. (Fires another laser arrow destroying the Manta) Odd: Sorry, but I hate being tailgated.
Odd: Aelita, Jeremie, you guys are gods. Jeremie: Well, almost, but not quite.

First time the Manta's floating mine devirtualizes one of the warriors.
William gains an ability called "Super Smoke," which turns him into a smokey shadow and allows him to move at high speeds.
Jeremie reveals that the rebuilt sector five does not have a key mechanism, eliminating the need to find the key before entering the celestial dome.
William's new form has the dark versions of the special powers of the other Lyoko Warriors. (Super Smoke, Telekinesis, and Dark Energy Blasts)
Despite the fact that there's no land, the scenes above the Digital Sea are obviously in the Desert Region.
Based on the dialouge, this episode takes place one week after the events of Final Round.
Jim's disco film from "Straight to Heart" is seen again in this episode.
Jeremie and Aelita initiate a Lyoko recreation program. So far, Sector 5 was the only region that they were able to recreate.
William's suit in Lyoko is the same one that he was wearing in his final scene in the episode, "Final Round". The rubber like jumpsuit is now black, and he has X.A.N.A.'s insignia on his chest. Black moss like vines has grown from the handle to the middle of the blade of his sword.
