I loved this episode because it really tested out the characters. It showed how strongly the characters feel toward each other. I didn't like how Yumi kissed that one weird kid that just showed up. I think she should have kissed William because it would get Ulrich really mad and then him a William would get into it. I also think that they should have held the conflict on longer. Maybe until the end of the episode. OK here we go, randomness. I L o v e C o d e L y o k o! OK bye bye! p
  • XANA creates a polymorphic clone to cause trouble among the gang.

Odd shows that he's a real ladies man, by saying he's dated every girl in their class but one, not Sissi, but he probably didn't include her. Herve tries to fight Ulrich, with lame karate moves, for refuseing to date Sissi, with a lie, and gets knocked into a sink. Jeremy leaves, saying he promised his croissant to Aelita. After they leave the bathroom, XANA activates a tower and a black ghost emerges. The gang starts kissing people, in front of others in the gang, causing emotions to run haywire. Apparently the kisses are the work of XANA latest attack, a polymorphic clone. Odd stays behind to fend off the clone, while the others go to Lyoko. After Aelita deactivates the tower, she kisses Jeremy in the courtyard, where he stays frozen in place for the last few seconds of the episode. I know the OOC was because of the clone, but the plot sounds like something from the "pretty white kids with problems" style show, though I'm glad Aelita and Jeremy finally kissed, too bad Ulrich and Yumi didn't.

xana goes for a divide and conquer plan. posing as the different members of the group. Xana kisses other students in front of the others to create feels in reslenent and anger towards the real person. xana-aelita kisses nichlas, xana-ulrich kisses sissi (shocker there . . . not) yumi kisses (that boy with the dark hair. i don't know his name) in front of william. (although he's not in the group he can cause more damage went he conforts her about it. like it he's busniness. he's not her boyfriend.) eventally they figure it out and make-up. stopping xana again. end of story until next time.
  • XANA creates clones of the group and has them kiss various people in order to separate the group through jealousy.

I just can't believe that Odd has dated almost every girl in the eigth grade. Only three girlfriends of his have been mentioned. What happened to the others? Poor Sissie. When she asked Ulrich if he wanted to go see a movie with her that night, Ulrich asked what movie they would be seeing. When she said Adventure in the Tropics, he tricked her by saying he already saw it. It was funny seeing Herb try to fight Ulrich in the bathroom. He missed and hit the sink and hurt himself. I didn't know XANA could take the form of different people. He turned into Jeremy and kissed Heidi to make Odd jealous, he turned into Yumi to kiss some nerd to make William and Ulrich jealous, he turned into Ulrich to kiss Sissie to make Yumi jealous, he turned into Aelita to kiss Nicholas to make Jeremy jealous, etc. That was cute how Jeremy kissed Aelita when he apologized to her. It's just too bad it was the XANA clone. Weird; this time Odd promised to stay behind and fight off XANA. Usually Ulrich is the one to stay and fight. I guess he was tired of getting beaten all the time. I loved the part where Odd asked XANA to turn into a whimp next time he changed appearances. As a result, XANA turned into Odd, lol. The moves Yumi did when she was trying to avoid the hornets was awesome!!! She's really getting good at this. That scheme Odd came up with was awesome! He grabbed the real Yumi and made it look as if he was going to beat her up, but then he and Yumi turned around and beat up the clone. That was cute how Aelita kissed Jeremy at the end of the episode. They make the perfect couple.
  • Wow, this was really depressing...it almost made me cry.

This was a really sad episode of Code Lyoko. Xana was trying to split everyone in the group up, and it almost worked, too. I'm just glad that Xana's plan didn't work, but I still wish that Xana hadn't come so close to splitting the group up. I did like this episode, even if it was very painful to watch and very, very depressing, because the Lyoko Gang prevailed through Xana's most insidious plan yet. I'm so very glad and so very relieved that Code Lyoko continued because it is one of my favortite television shows. I honestly must give this tearjerking episode an 8.5 out of 10 for the drama.

It was really sad.I\'m just surprised that none of them could figure out that it was XANA\'s doing in the beginning.

I also can\'t believe that jeremy could say something like that, especially since he knows the feeling!I just can\'t believe it! I am sorry but I am not a person who is used to writing 100 words at one time.I wish we didn\'t have to! I mean seriously! Who can write 100 words on one topic (without putting something totally uses towards the topic). I can\'t, at least. Running out of things to say already.

Well, I have to go eat my supper, so, bye!

they could have done better for this episode but it was still good the kissing part made it really confusing and stupid

I still like this show and this is the only show I would give a five so who even likes this show me and hundreds of other people so guess what I still like the show and I think I just said that again so oops well 30 more words to go and just to say the plot line of this show was noticable and I don't like episodes of shows that show the plot line and goodbye
  • I bet everyone under 10 was like, "Eeeeeeeeew" everytime there was a kiss, which was 7 times.

Xana finally makes a polymorphic clone which does what its name says (if you know Greek pronouns anyways), "Many changes". It turns itself into someone of the group and kisses people to make everyone mad. The group then find their real group members and everyone gets mad. They are able to figure it out in the end and able to get to Lyoko in time for some action. They're able to get Aelita to the tower and she isa ble to deactivate it. The clone will be used in a furture episode and cause even more problems, but that's for another review.

Finally, a Kiis episode. Actually, that was figure of speech, because I didn´t quite liked it. I think the only good thing was the Aelita-Jeremie kiss at the end, I was so expecting it!!! But the epi did not have one of the things that make this show perfect: the action. My veredict??? Not good, but not too bad
  • Xana tries to break up the gang, by using polymorphs to kiss other student and turn the Ulrich and Yumi in doubt, Aelita and Jeremie in doubt, and Odd and Jeremie in doubt. Smart but still doesn't work.

Xana activates a tower, and sends one of his ghost to turn into the gang. The ghost turns to Jeremie and kisses the girl that Odd was going to go out with, Odd and Ulrich saw this, when Aelita was with Jeremie, the girl tolled Jeremie that Odd saw everything and Aelita got mad and left, and Jeremie says he didn't kiss her. Then the Polymorph Yumi kisses a 9th grader, and William sees this and tells Ulrich, Ulrich gets mad and Yumi and Jeremie don't know what is going on. Then in the bathroom, the polymorph turns into Ulrich, and kisses Sissi, Yumi and Jeremie see this, and then it turns into Aelita and kisses Nicholas, Jeremie takes notice of this. But later Jeremie tells them it is just a polymorph, Yumi and Ulrich smiled at each other, Jeremie tells them that Aelita is missing. She was in the Hermitage, Jeremie comes in and says sorry and kisses Aelita. Outside, there is another Jeremie, turns out that the Jeremie that kissed Aelita is the polymorph. Odd takes care of the polymorph and Ulrich, Yumi, Aelita and Jeremie go to the factory. Aelita deactivates the tower. At the end Aelita kisses Jeremie, and he freezes. This was a great episode, but Ulrich and Yumi should of kissed first, but other than that it was awesome.

well at the start of xana's kiss odd, ulrich and jeremie head of to the showers and on the way there they saw sissi, herve and nicholas and jeremie dosed of to give Aelita his crossiant while odd and ulrich were int he bathroom they were talking about sissi and herve overheard wat ulrich said about ulrich while heidi was waiting for odd instead jeremie came and gave her a kiss odd and ulrich were surpised while william saw yumi kissed mattias another 9th grade student and in hallway heidi showed up asking jeremie why did he kiss her in the courtyard infront of odd and both girls heidi and aelita walked away angerly at the cafeteria odd, ulrich and aelita were very upset then william walked up to ulrich and told him about yumi kissing mattias and ulrich was very very upset and both jeremie and yumi were confused and after class jeremie tried to talk to aelita again but instead jeremie saw aelita kissing nicholas and was very upset and he went to aelita and jeremie asks aelita why did she kiss the bigest loser in the school then he went to his room and threw in pillow in the wall in anger then aelita dosed of to the heremitage it the second floor and jeremie shows up and is sorry for what he said earlier and gives her a kiss to prove it and then the other jeremie comes and both jeremie try to say that his the real jeremie and then the gang goes to the factory And deactivates the tower then on the end of the show aelita gives jeremie a kiss for saving her live and is frozen
  • X.A.N.A creates these clones and kisses random people so the Code Lyoko group gets mad at one another. Then Jeremie solves everything as usual and Aelita kisses him for saving her.

    8.6
    "Great"
The kiss between Aelita and Jeremie make it all worth while. But I must agree with many of you who did not like this episode. You're right, Team Lyoko should not have judged each other about kissing random people and their friendship should be WAY stronger than that. Still...don't start with friendship speeches in this show. Yu-Gi-Oh does that enough already.

And X.A.N.A's plan was a little...ok WAY out there from usual. It was kinda weird. X.A.N.A should have made the clones attack people, not kiss them. or try and find out Team Lyoko's weaknesses. They need more new stuff, I agree. But not all of the episode snoozed.

Though, it was a little OOC. X.A.N.A needs a new idea. C'mon creaters of this show, think for something new. Don't repeat all of the same stuff.

Still support the Jeremie and Aelita kiss.
  • If this happened at my school I'd... wait, thats right, X.A.N.A. dosent really exist... Bummer... *sobs*

X.A.N.A makes a polymorphic clone that can turn into anyone. With this, he causes touble in the group by turning into one of our heroes, and kissing someone! Eventualy, after the gorup is nearly torn apart, Jeremy figures out whats going on and everyone heads to the facotry to deactivate the tower. SImple enough right?

  • Oh come on XANA can do better then that, but really the person who wrote can do better.

    "Great"
I love this show, but the episode was going way way way overboard with the X.A.N.A being morphed into one person, kissing a random person, and then doing it again, but kissing a different person.

As I said X.A.N.A. can do way better then that, instead morphed into the gang and kiss random people. What is with that, it sure did make the group fight, but those arguments were ridiculous. I mean one person got mad, then forgiven them, and then so on.

I hated this episode, and I love the show. They need to come up with good ideas like they did in season 1. having Xana being morphed into people and taking control of them is getting very old.

Way to go Code Lyoko, you made some bad episode. My advice, keep doing some good eps like in season 1.

This episode is about romance this is when xana sends a ghost to transform into any person it like it transforms into Yumi ,Ulrich, Jeremy, and Aelita and he tries to brek up the relaitionship of our heroes. But i still can believe Jeremy an Aelita kissed. I like this episode so much and i like the part where odd is fighting and he says to turn into a whimp next time and xana turns into him and he says \"not that whimp
  • In this Eppy, XANA uses a polymorphic clone, that is a ghost that can change shapes to look like whoever it wants to, to create tension in the group by kissing people. By the end of the eppy everyone was happy again, and then Jeremy and Aelita kissed, fin

    "Perfect"
This is the best episode I have ever seen. I know a lot of people disagree, but I've been waiting for Jeremy and Aelita to kiss since the first eppy. I never really expected them to be the first couple to kiss though, I always thought it would be ulrich and yumi. Ah, well. I don't see why people don't think this episode is interesting, though. I thought it was great, duh. I think the writers have a grudge against Jeremy, because except for the first eppy of this season he seems to get hurt. Or knocked out, in this case. When they kissed I nearly fell off of my couch I was cheering so much. Best Eppy Ever!!!

I thought it was funny when, when Odd says 'if you're going to keep turning into people, turn into a wimp next time!' the ghost turns into him. Could XANA be getting a sense of humor?
  • This was definitely a filler episode. Not a very good one, either.

    4.2
    "Poor"
This had to be one of the worst Code Lyoko episodes I\'ve ever seen, and I\'m a fan of the series. First of all, it seemed out of character. You would think that the lyoko team would be smarter than to believe the rumors of their friends kissing a random person. I thought their friendship was much stronger than that. X.A.N.A.\'s attack was lame and boring this time. And since it was bad, the kids should\'ve figured out what X.A.N.A. was up to sooner.
  • Kind of a Kissy Kissy episode.

    9.5
    "Superb"
I loved this episode. Xana's plans keep getting better and better. This time instead of trying to hurt the group Physically he goes deeper and hurts them on the inside where it counts.

We learn Odd went out with every girl in the 8th Grade. Who knew he was such a player.
  • Not that great of a regular episode...wait, that was a season finale?...Yep, still reaks. EDIT: I didn't know this wasn't the season finale. Darn you Cartoon Network!

    6.0
    "Fair"
With last season's great finale, I expected this one to be, I don't know, better. This whole season is a filler season.

Sure, X.A.N.A.'s ability to take over people was cool at the begining, but it got way too overused towards the end.

Getting back to the episode at hand, X.A.N.A. plays kiss and tell with the gang, only creating a clone who can transform into others, A.K.A. a polymorphic clone.

There were some funny parts. Finally, Herb gets clocked by...Nicholas? Strange. Plus when Odd tells X.A.N.A.'s polymorphic clone to transform into a weakling, the clone turns into Odd.

Well, other than that, there's nothing else to the episode other than Aelita and Jeremy kissing.

EDIT: Though I now know this is not the season finale, the score still stays the same.
  • XANA is at it again! This time he has created a polymorph (i think that was it) and goes around kissing people in different bodies and making others angry.

    8.0
    "Great"
The episode was pretty good, but it wasn't what I thought it would be. I have to say that I agree with some of the other reviews. To many XANA attacks (some of which are similar to others), and really nothing new. The beginning of season 2 was good, introducing new monsters and Sector 5, but afterwards, things got back to usual from season 1. All of the episodes have had their good points, but if this repetitiveness continues, that wont matter. I’ve been wanting new characters in Lyoko, and was disappointed that we could never see what Jeremie looked like there. I do hope that things will improve...
  • Enough. This has to stop. This, I repeat, has to stop. Something must be done. The show MUST get interesting again.

    4.9
    "Poor"
This has to stop. We can't have this. We can't have this mad computer running around, possessing people willy-nilly. It can't happen anymore. Please, everyone, join me in crying out to the world that Code: Lyoko must, absolutely must, becoming interesting again.

Okay, well, maybe I should grant a little credit to that miserable computer. Just a smidge. He did not possess anyone this time. No, he simply decided to pull another fast one on the group, forget about his world-domination plots, attempt to drain Aelita's noggin, and wander around kissing people at random. Wow, for an evil super-computer, X.A.N.A. really doesn't have much to do other than mess with people's emotions. We sympathize with him, then.

    NOT.

Enough is enough. X.A.N.A., get your act together. Stop this incessant little plot of yours to drive the Lyoko gang crazy by possessing everyone in site or playing with their minds. Stick to what we loved you doing: trying to destroy the world. At this point, I'm just about ready for X.A.N.A. to just go ahead and drain Aelita's mind if this is all that he's going to do.

And while we're at it, let's not just blame the computer. Let's point some blame at the external parts of this problem: Aelita and Co. We're waiting for you all to do something interesting too. There are people waiting for new members to the Lyoko group (hello, Sissi, William, maybe even Jim?). We are waiting for you to do something other than just wait for X.A.N.A. to come and get you. How about having Jeremie and the group go into Lyoko to unplug X.A.N.A.? They know where he lives. And who says that Aelita has to go with them? No Aelita, no brain-draining plots.

We need something to fascinate us. We need something to entertain us. If this is the best that can be offered, we're not going to get it.

Feelings are hurt and relationships are tested as X.A.N.A. twists normal perception and reality in order to weaken the strong friendship of his enemies this was a good episode not the best but good their was some cool battles and it was king of funny how xana tricked gym I loved that part I especialy liked the end but I won't spoil it for you.
  • XANA kisses and tells. In the words of Yakko Warner... "MWAH! GOODNIGHT EVERYBODY!"

    8.5
    "Great"
Over the course of the series, XANA has done everything from possessing people, to manipulation, and even killer teddy bears.

But nothing is more devastating to someone than seeing their signifigant other kissing someone else.

Immediately, your world is turned upside down as your heart is yanked out and stepped on. That alone makes this unique Xana attack especially cruel.

Of course, considering everything XANA has pulled up to this point, I'm absolutely amazed that the gang was fooled for more than a minute. It's such an obvious ploy that they should have immediately seen it for what it was.

Kiss and tell? This is just one more reason why they need to hurry up and kiss XANA goodbye.
  • While the characters grow in this episode, it\'s not my favorite. Will XANA stop doing the impersonation game?!

    8.5
    "Great"
This is getting to the point where it\'s irritating - anyone else tired of XANA just altering his schemes just slightly, or Ulrich getting jealous? At times, it\'s cute, but the rest of the time it\'s just so annoying to watch him sit there, fuming, instead of doing anything about the way he feels. It\'s not the first time we\'ve seen Jeremy jealous, either, and that\'s getting a bit trying too. This would have made a rather nice Valentine special, but for now, while it was a rather cute episode (I\'ll watch it over and over again just for one particular kiss that occurs) it wasn\'t all that original. Sorry, moonscope, please try again.
  • No spoilers ahead... but are the writers falling to sleep? *yawn* another X.A.N.A. attack of slightly amusing level, but should have been a sub plot.

    8.6
    "Great"
After the stunning tour-de-force (GREAT episodes) at the beginning of the season, this isn\'t enough for a whole episode!

I hate to write spoiler reviews (none ahead), (and if you are a big fan *you will watch anyway*) so you:

    Won\'t see anything really new.

The episode ending is obvious by 5 minutes into the episode.

It\'s like a bad Stek Trek episode... if it\'s all that\'s handy, you will watch, but I promise nothing to chew on!

As a sub-plot the whole story would have been an interesting side note, but isn\'t strong enough to stand by itself.

As a whole 3*** out of 5 (hey it\'s STILL Lyoko)

Compared to the other episodes of the series:

2** out of 5 (no glaring character errors)
