People start being pulled upwards by the zero gravity zone a good two minutes onscreen before the tower is deactivated. By this time, they would have ended up in space and met a very unfortunate death due to its hostile conditions. It is mentioned later in the episode, "False Start" that going back in time doesn't bring back the dead, yet all the people who ended up in space are alive and well after the return to the past.
When Odd talks about Ulrich's father, his left eye is smaller and higher up on his face than his right one.
Milly says that the game is for 9th graders, but Ulrich was in 8th grade at the time of this episode.
Odd: Lets back Ulrich! Come on world champion! Jeremie: Yeah, but which world? Odd: Why both of them Jeremie, both of them!
Aelita: As soon as you're finished crying, just let me know!
Sissi: Ulrich! Do you mind telling me exactly what's going on? Ulrich: Yeah, I do mind. So keep quiet!
Aelita: Have you noticed anything strange going on in the real world? Odd: Oh, just the usual things. Batons that fly into the air and don't come back and Yumi's suddenly airborne.
Girl 1: Look, it's the mysterious baton twirler. Girl 2: Hey, Sissi. Eat your steak and French fries fast, before they fly away. Jeremie: Uh, oh. (Yumi arrives) We gotta talk.... Yumi and Jeremie: (together) right now!
