  • A.R.C.H.I.V.E - A look at the past of the Kids Next Door world that will change /*everything*/ S.L.U.M.B.E.R - When slumber parties go wrong!

    9.0
I didn't care much for Operation: S.L.U.M.B.E.R, but I seriously loved A.R.C.H.I.V.E, because it's based off "The Second Rennisance" from The Animatrix.

But did it all actually happen? Only time will tell...

Personally, I hope they elaborate on this idea, especially because of the end of the episode really made it insteresting...
  • A great spoof of the Animatrix. Slumber is ... interesting but doesn\'t detract.

    9.9
The first half of this episode is a hilarious spoof of \"The Second Renaissance.\" \"The Second Renaissance\" is something that children should absolutely not watch, but adults who have and enjoy \"The Matrix\" will really enjoy this episode.

    Some of the allusions are:

    Adults are the robots.

    The moon base is Zion.

    Cleveland is the machine city.

There is also a trial of the man who first spanked a kid, which of course alludes to the trial of the murderous robot.

They also have the war between the adults and the kids. However it starts to break away somewhat with the scorching of the skies in the Matrix. They do have a part in here where the adults and children can live together in families. I like to think that is what the Matrix was like, post-revolution.

It is also very interesting to see the origins of the shadow man who owns the ice-cream factory.

The second half is ok. Lots of guys in bras. (lol)moreless
  • Operation: S.L.U.M.B.E.R. was so funny!

    9.3
I really liked this one. Cree once again appears as a villain but this time Numbah 5's not there to stop her since in the beginning of the episode she refused to go on an "overnight mission" with Numbuh 86. It was funny because Numbuh 4 unwittingly infiltrated an all-girl slumber party.

Numbuh 4: I never would've pegged you as a Rainbow Monkeys fanatic.

Numbuh 86: I just can't resist them! And if you tell any of the boys I will kill ya!moreless
